In the event of an emergency, users can activate the alert by pressing the SOS button located on the widget or by tapping the device's power button five times. The system is designed to function without mobile coverage, even when the device is locked, regardless of the user's location worldwide.

Safy automatically records the ongoing situation, determines the user's location, and notifies the designated Security Group by sending both a video and real-time location information.

All emergency recordings are securely stored in the cloud and remain accessible via safy.app, ensuring data availability even if the device is lost or stolen.

Regarding permissions, Safy requires access to background location data to operate effectively, particularly when the device is locked. Additionally, users can trigger the SOS through the volume button, a feature that necessitates enabling Accessibility permissions. This permission solely facilitates the activation of the emergency function; no personal data is accessed or collected during this process.
